Austell Ga is a western suburb of Atlanta, Ga. Sitting in Southwest Cobb County, Austell began as a railroad town that took the lines out of Atlanta to the west. Austell Ga was known for the split where one line goes to Birmingham and one to Chattanooga. The rail lines are still one of the busiest in Atlanta.
